01About this tour
Dahshour is where Egypt pyramid building was perfected. The Bent Pyramid shows a design abandoned halfway through, and the Red Pyramid was the first pyramid in Egypt to be built entirely from brick, using the same internal chambers as its successors. You can walk inside the Red Pyramid, where the air was engineered to flow thousands of years.
